I’m a thinker, a lover, a dreamer, an observer, a nut, a friend, a daughter, a sister, a fiancee, an introvert, an extrovert, a listener, a talker…an artist. I try to live my life with full expression and full awareness. I don’t always succeed at either, but I’m always trying. For me, life isn’t whole if I’m not living peacefully, lovingly and creatively toward myself and others.
I’m Kristen, an actress and writer, playing out my “real world” in good ol’ Los Angeles, California. I created this blog as a place that celebrates creativity and discusses the thrills and woes of embarking on an artistic path in life. This can be equally a blissful and bleak world…a constant roller coaster ride…but a ride that awakens those of us who thirst for constant inspiration the way we thirst for oxygen.
Being an artist, I feel a responsibility to the world to help pull us out of our rut of ME ME ME and into US by provoking the compassion and love I believe we all carry inside.
